Failing at weight loss
Obesity is a growing problem among all age groups. With lifestyle changes and lot of junk food people have been putting on weight more than they lose. Their every day attempt to lose weight seemed to have reached a dead end. Why do so many people fail at losing weight? Is it because they are lazy? Is it because they are addicted to food? Is it because they aren’t good at exercising? Is it because they lack motivation? Well, all these and more.
Failure at weight loss stems from many factors:
- You don’t understand the problems associated with being overweight
- You don’t really know how you look
- Obesity isn’t considered a disease
- Losing weight is like an utopian idea and people think it is normal to stop
- No real, useful information is available at hand
- People listen to lot of advice, end up following none
- You search for an easier way to lose
